Booking, Cancellations and Other Policies

 

Please phone, text or email any enquiries and bookings. I will ensure to respond as soon as possible.

 

Book early to avoid dissapointment.

 

Appointments available Monday to Saturdays.

 

Please ensure that you call in advance (a minimum of 24 hours notice) if you would like to change or cancel your appointment.

 

Late arrivals - Arriving late means less time to be able to service you, therefore the full treatment may not be performed.

 

No shows - This disadvantages the salon greatly, this means that other clients cannot book those time slots with us. 

 

Refer a friend for a $10 discount towards your next service.
